I am the Franchisee and Owner of the Business, my role is to ensure the Licensed Agents, the Business Developers and the Admin team function efficiently to aid the selling and purchasing process for all of our clients.

I have been involved in property investment through different guises since 2005 and have seen some huge changes over that period both in Ireland and in Spain where I own some property and like to keep abreast of developments there.

Cormac Sheehy

Born locally in South Roscommon, I established a keen interest in property as I a watched the small town of Athlone develop into one of the largest towns in Ireland.

In 2018, I transitioned into the property sector after firstly completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business in G.M.I.T. and a postgraduate Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Real Estate in Technical University Dublin.
I am an active GAA and Soccer player. In my spare time I’m involved in the family farm where it has thought me some of the most important life qualities.

Cathal Meares

Married to Lavina with two children Lee and Clodagh. I have worked for Leinster GAA as Games Development Administrator in Offaly for over 14 years. I was elected to Offaly County Council as an Independent Councillor in 2009.

Founding member of a New Political Party called RENUA Ireland in 2015. Leader of RENUA Ireland from form 2016/19. I reverted back to an Independent Councillor for Offaly County Council. Working as Business Development Manager for RE / MAX Ireland in the Midland Area.

John Leahy

Cathy is the first point of contact for the RE/MAX Professional Partners office, handling telephone and email queries and channelling these queries to the relevant agents across the company.

Cathy is always on hand to take your calls or to welcome you to our office with a smile. Cathy’s attention to detail, together with her focus on client’s needs, has made her an integral member of RE/MAX. She is driven to provide excellent service to our customers, further strengthening our team.
